Toilets, taps & sinks
The small jobs are the ones people put off, and they are also the ones that quietly waste water for months. Most are a single visit.
We replace and repair toilets, cisterns, basins, taps, shower mixers and waste traps, and plumb in washing machines and dishwashers — including running new supply and waste where the appliance is moving to a different part of the kitchen.
One customer wanted a dishwasher in the kitchen but had no space, so the washing machine supply and waste were re-run from the ground floor toilet through to the space under the stairs. Moving an appliance is usually possible; it is a pipework question, not a furniture one.
If a part is obsolete we will say so and price a replacement rather than chasing a repair that will not last.
