Planned maintenance is cheaper than emergency call-outs, and for a rented property it is also the difference between one phone call and a chain of them.
We carry out annual boiler servicing, system checks, filter cleaning and the small repairs that keep a property's plumbing from becoming an emergency. For landlords with several properties, work can be scheduled together.
A church in Ponders End called about a radiator leak and we were there within thirty minutes — repeat customers like that are most of the work, and they come from turning up when we say we will.
Access, keys and tenant appointments are handled directly, so the landlord is not relaying messages between us and the tenant.
