Leaks & emergency plumbing
Finding the leak is most of the job. We trace it back to the source before opening anything up, so the repair is one clean access point rather than a series of exploratory holes.
We deal with burst and leaking pipes, dripping taps, failed valves, leaking radiators and blocked or slow waste runs. Where a leak is behind plaster or under a floor, it gets traced first and opened once.
The phone is answered outside normal hours, and the Google profile lists the business as open 24 hours. For a genuine emergency — water coming through a ceiling, a burst you cannot isolate — call rather than message.
First step on any leak is knowing where your stop tap is. If you are not sure, we will show you where it is and check it turns while we are there.
