Central London work is planned rather than reactive: bathroom refits, boiler replacements and pipework in flats and period conversions.
The plumbing itself is rarely the hard part in central London. Access is. Getting a boiler and a bath into a fourth-floor mansion flat with a service lift booking and a two-hour loading window is a logistics problem before it is a plumbing one, and it needs to be planned before the work is priced.
Period conversions bring their own constraints: no route for a new flue, a freeholder's consent needed before pipework can be altered, and downstairs neighbours who will notice immediately if a waste connection is wrong.
For this reason central London jobs are quoted after a visit, never over the phone. Getting the constraints wrong here is expensive, and the survey is the part that prevents it.

We recently had a new boiler and full heating system installed throughout our house by Clean Blue Water and are extremely pleased with the result. This allowed us to free up space in the kitchen for a dishwasher. His workmanship was very clean, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He also came fully prepared with all the necessary materials, and we didn't face any issues throughout the process.
