Clean Blue Water Ltd was registered in 2021, but the work behind it goes back a lot further. Mustafa Değerli has been a plumber for more than thirty years, and the company exists so that the same standard of work carries a name, a company number and an invoice.
It is deliberately a small operation. The person who quotes the job is the person who does it, which means nothing is lost between a salesperson's promise and an installer's day. If something is going to be awkward — a flue that has nowhere to go, a supply pipe too narrow for the shower you want — you hear it at the quote stage, not halfway through.
The reviews are consistent about the same three things: turning up when promised, explaining what is happening, and leaving the place clean. That is most of what a plumber can control, and it is what this company is built around.

We recently had a new boiler and full heating system installed throughout our house by Clean Blue Water and are extremely pleased with the result. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and completed the installation to a very high standard while keeping the house clean and tidy throughout. The new system is working brilliantly, and we've already noticed a huge improvement in how quickly and evenly the house heats up.
I needed my radiator removed and Mustafa did a great job, nice and quick. When I first contacted him, he came out the same day to have a look and then booked me in to get the work sorted. I previously had two plumbers come and look at the job, but they refused to touch it because they weren't familiar with the heating system. Mustafa knew exactly what to do with no hassle at all.
He installed a clean water supply and waste pipe for our washing machine by connecting it from the ground floor toilet to the space under the stairs. This allowed us to free up space in the kitchen for a dishwasher. His workmanship was very clean, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He also came fully prepared with all the necessary materials, and we didn't face any issues throughout the process.
I recently had a water leakage issue at home, and Clean Blue Water Ltd provided an absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He sourced the tap and valve himself, arrived promptly, and completed the job with impressive speed and precision. He explained everything clearly, worked neatly, and made sure the problem was fully resolved before leaving.
Honestly I appreciate so much such hard work Mr Mustafa done today for my bathroom, changing old pipes and replacing the whole shower set. Anyone else wouldn't do that job in 2 hours. Changed the toilet too. Thank you so much.

No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. For larger jobs like a bathroom or a boiler replacement we come and look at the property first, because a phone quote on that kind of work is guesswork.
Gas work is carried out through our Gas Safe registered partner, so anything involving gas is done and certified by a registered engineer. Plumbing, heating and bathroom work is carried out by Mustafa directly.
It depends where you are. Around Enfield and north London a leak is usually same-day. Further across London, planned work is booked for an agreed date. If someone closer would get to you faster in a genuine emergency, we will tell you.
The phone is answered outside normal working hours and the business is listed as open 24 hours. For a real emergency — water coming through a ceiling, a burst you cannot isolate — call rather than message.
